About Move Well

If you've been dealing with joint pain long enough to start rearranging your life around it, you're in the right place.

 

Move Well Health exists for one reason: to help adults 50+ understand what's actually driving their pain and build the strength, mobility, and confidence to move past it. Not manage it. Move past it.

 

This isn't a generic fitness program. It's a structured, evidence-based approach built specifically for how your body works at this stage of life.

There are two ways to work with me at Move Well Health.

The Rebuild Method is my 12-module online program for adults 50+ with persistent back and hip pain. Self-paced, structured, and designed to address the root causes of why the pain keeps coming back. Everything you need is inside, with lifetime access and personal support built in.

One-on-One Coaching is for those who want a fully personalized plan built around their specific rehab needs, goals, schedule, and current fitness level. I design your program inside a dedicated training app so you always know exactly what to do and can progress at the right pace for your body. Most clients start with a 3-month commitment, which gives us enough time to get you moving well, build your confidence, and set you up to train independently going forward.

Meet Dr. Melanie

Hi, I'm Dr. Melanie Wintle, chiropractor, corrective exercise specialist, and the person behind Move Well Health.

I've spent over 30 years helping people move better and hurt less. But the part that doesn't show up in my credentials is this: I've also been the patient.

There was a period in my life when I was the one afraid to move. Second-guessing whether a walk, a workout, or even a long drive would set me back. I did all the things I tell people to do. Some helped temporarily. None of it stuck until I understood the full picture, the mobility, the strength, the muscle balance, the recovery, all of it together.

That experience is what shaped everything I do at Move Well Health. It's why I don't just hand people a list of exercises. I help them understand what's happening in their body and give them a plan that actually addresses it.

My Qualifications

Dr. Melanie Wintle is a licensed chiropractor and corrective exercise specialist in Ontario and a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO). She holds a degree in Sport Science (Kinesiology) from the University of New Brunswick (1994) and a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1998). In 2009, she completed a Diploma in Osteopathy Manual Practice from the Canadian College of Osteopathy.

With a background in competitive gymnastics, rugby, and strength training, both as an athlete and a coach, she brings a deep understanding of how the body moves and how to rebuild it when it stops cooperating.
