Meet Dr. Melanie
Hi, I’m Dr. Melanie Wintle. With over 30 years of experience, I’ve helped countless individuals reclaim their vitality through tailored exercise programs.
I believe that strong, healthy joints are essential for enjoying the activities you love. I understand how issues like tendonitis, arthritis, and disc pain can lead to fear and avoidance of movement, often worsening the discomfort. While rest is important, prolonged inactivity can make things worse.

I do this work because I’m passionate about helping people regain control of their health and live pain-free. I understand how much pain and limited mobility can affect your daily life. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve seen how the right knowledge, tools, and support can truly transform lives. My mission is to provide personalized care that not only relieves pain but also builds your confidence and independence, so you can lead an active, fulfilling life without the fear of injury or discomfort.

With experience across a wide range of clients, from youth sports teams to elite athletes, post-menopausal women, and injury rehabilitation, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
